3. Service Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through our booking forms, WhatsApp lines, or direct emails does **not** constitute a guaranteed or binding booking contract. All event assignments, pricing packages, and scheduling bookings are only finalized and confirmed once a formal service agreement is signed by both parties and the agreed advance deposit has been processed.

4. Client Reviews and Testimonials

By submitting testimonials or client stories to us (either through direct client submission or via our administrative portal), you grant Star Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, display, format, and translate your review content on our website and official social media platforms. We reserve the right to review, edit for clarity/length, or remove any testimonial at our sole discretion.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Madhya Pradesh, India**. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the services provided by Star Studios shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of **Rewa, Madhya Pradesh**.
